The atmosphere among entering the restaurants is awesome. Walls covered in murals, custom stitched seats, and a couple photo op spots. I'm on a no sugar kick so I ordered water. The water was great. A nice filtered taste. Very refreshing. I've been searching for Birria Pizza in the Kansas City area for some time and they had it. I ordered it and the flavor was great. Just wish it came with more consome. The drink menu looked very interesting and if I wasn't on my lunch break I wouldve tried one of their many flight offerings. I will be back to partake. Highly recommend this place.
My BF and I went here for Cinco de Mayo and the place was a fiesta! Great music, margaritas and people dancing in the isles. I loved the energy of the place. Great venue for photo opps!! Food was mid in my opinion. I have the fish tacos and my BF had the enchiladas. I had a house that was very tasty. I really felt like I was in Cancun without a beach! I will be back!
Delicious! Started off with chips and salsa which were very tasty. The salsa is so good, one of my favorite parts of dinner for sure. My husband and I both ordered the steak patron. Presentation is beautiful and the food was amazing. The vegetables are roasted really nicely and taste wonderful but the chicken was the best and most flavorful part of the dish. I highly recommend this one, you won’t be disappointed. My son got the taco flight variety and he loved it, so many yummy flavors. Server was great and checked on us multiple times. All the staff seemed very friendly! We will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive dining experience. However, the food quality was inconsistent. While some dishes were delicious and well-executed, others didn’t meet the same standard. This inconsistency was a bit of a letdown, especially given the otherwise enjoyable environment. Despite this, the overall experience was still pleasant, and the fun atmosphere and good service are worth noting.
Viva Tacos and Tequila is a must-visit! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is quick, and the staff is super friendly, making the experience even better. It does get busy, especially after 7 PM, so parking can be tricky—you might need to use the CVS lot nearby. Wait times can be 30-45 minutes during peak hours on the weekends, but if you come earlier, it’s much easier to get a table. Either way, it’s absolutely worth the wait! Highly recommend!
Everything was so fresh and delicious! And their menu is fun and has a lot of unique items like taquito flights and a smoked Mexican old fashioned. The beans did taste a little off, I think maybe too much cinnamon and/or turmeric? But everything else was amazing. Will definitely be back!
Our family loves this restaurant! They’re always so good about getting us in quickly and our food at fast. Only ever waited 5-10 mins, before getting a table. Our first time going there we had about 20 people and they were very accommodating. This is our family’s new favorite birthday dinner spot. Even sing and bring you a dessert for your birthday. They have live music a lot of the time, the atmosphere is very lively and beautiful. I love the fajitas especially the one in the pineapple boat. Very tasty cocktails, my favorite are the margaritas. Get the flight of margaritas, you won’t regret it. Also get the table side, made guacamole. Weather permitting the patio is one of my favorite parts about viva, even having heat lamps.
